Since starting out in 2005, she has worked across a wide range of languages and frameworks including .NET, C#, PHP, JavaScript and Laravel, delivering robust, scalable solutions for a variety of projects and clients.
Now specialising in modern web application development, Gemma focuses on building clean, efficient systems that balance technical performance with real-world usability. Having also run freelance businesses, she brings strong commercial awareness, understanding not just how things work, but why they matter.
Known for her ability to translate complex technical ideas into plain English, Gemma helps bridge the gap between development and decision-making, making projects smoother and more collaborative.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys baking, hitting the gym, and attempting to beat her best time on the New York Times sudoku.
