The role

We’re on the lookout for a Graduate/Junior Digital Designer to join our growing team in Frome. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer and wider team to bring websites to life – from early concept through to polished prototypes.

You’ll get hands-on experience designing for a wide range of clients – from boutique brands to large-scale publishers – and be supported every step of the way as you develop your craft and confidence in a real agency environment.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate (or someone at the start of their design career) looking to build on their skills and grow into a well-rounded digital designer.

You’ll be primarily based in our vibrant Frome studio, but we support hybrid working too.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, digital design, or a related subject
• Is comfortable using design tools such as Figma – particularly using auto-layout, with styles/variables being a bonus.
• Has an eye for layout, typography and user experience
• Can take feedback on board and use it to develop their work
• Is keen to learn and collaborate in a fast-moving digital agency
• Has a portfolio (uni work is fine!) that shows off creativity, ideas and digital thinking
• Bonus: familiarity with WordPress or web basics (not essential)

The role will include

• Designing wireframes and UI layouts for digital platforms
• Working with the Senior Designer to refine ideas and ensure high-quality output
• Collaborating with developers to bring your designs to life
• Learning how to balance creativity with usability, accessibility and client needs
• Growing your skills with support from a passionate and friendly team
